This all-natural, 100% pure, food grade extract from cocoa beans is used to thin out chocolate. 

Cocoa butter comes hard, to temper it warm cocoa butter in increments to approximately 86 °F or 30 °C. 

Cocoa Butter can also be colored with powdered colors and oil based chocolate colors.  Colored cocoa butter can be used in wide variety of applications including coloring bon bon molds, painting cakes, and coloring chocolates. You can also apply tempered colored cocoa butter to acetate sheet to create your own transfer.
